Phoenix stood on the dock in her newly sown black outfit. She'd used the fabric from when she and Kaito had tricked the gaurds. The skirt was too short for polite society, but she wasn't in it anymore. Her black shirt was worse. Just a piece of fabric tied around her neck and back.
The captive was again chained up, but this time to the ship. Everyone seemed to be out for a drink, so she'd been left alone. Phoenix held her sword out, jousting with an invisible foe. She spin under her chain and all over the dock as far sh she could go. The captive hid from drunken gaurds making their rounds.
Phoenix tried to jump over the chain, but got dangled and fell on her back. "Damn it!" She screamed out.

A young man walked silently down the side of the edinborough port, standing high on his tip toes looking somewhat majestic as his silouette was reflected through the wind. He looked up in the last of the moonlight, his blue eyes shimmering. His name was the one and conviniently only, Nao.
Nao stared curiously at the girl, tilting his head to the side. "What are ye doin' lassy?" he asked, trying his best to mimick the tone and inflection that his fellow pirates did. Unfortunatly, sounding 'tough' was never one of his very few 'strong points'. "Are ya a friend, or eh foe?"
Nao stopped after his sentence to consider this. Then again...if I'm the 'bad guy', then which side would she be on? Aw....I'm confused again. Nao edged closer and smiled as seductively as he could.

"That would depend on what and who you are," Phoenix scowled. She grasped her sword and stood, watching him. The captive hid the chain out of sight behind her back. The sixteen-year-old ignored the smile on his face. nstead she looked him straight in the eye.
The Black Bolts prisoner was a skilled swordsmen, and she grasped her tightly. Phoenix's blonde hair glistened in the moonlight. Beads of sweat trickled down her neck. She'd rather be on the Black Bolt than any other ship, she felt safe there. Even though only a captive, her desire to get home and not be traded off again kept her fighting alongside the crew.

Nao swallowed nervously, as he was completely unarmed. "H-H-Hey there, I was just looking for a nice evening...I don't want to ruin that by dying..." Nao struck his most sad and pathetic pose, falling to the ground like the petal of a rose gently drifting away from the beautiful flower.
"So what be yer name?" Nao asked, brightening up and completely forgetting that she could be dangerous. "I'm 'Nao' Watanabe, but you can just call me Nao, unless you have a cuter nickname you can think of!" Nao grinned widely. "Nice to meet you!" the boy exclaimed.

"Phoenix," the captive replied lowering her sword slightly. She kept her eyes on him, watching for any sign of danger. Phoenix noted that he was unarmed, and that he didn't see the chainthat was grinding into her wrist.
Her face became nervous as she realized how trashy she looked. Infront of someone she didn't know, no less. "Jade," Phoenix continued. "I'm Phoenix Jade." She looked down at him not knowing what to do. No one crumbled infront of her unless they'd just been killed.
